C-CAMP has created a high-end bio-incubation facility of 44,000 sq ft which houses multiple core-equipment for research and innovation purposes that can be leveraged by academic, industry and start-up based researchers and scientists from across the world for molecular work. These include:

1. TECAN liquid handling workstation freedom evo 200 is integrated with colony picker, two PCR machines- T ROBOT, vacuum lines for filter based purifications, temperature control from -10 to 70˚C for 96X2 well plates, shaker/incubator with ability to store >20 plates (both microtiter and deep well plates), magnetic plate for magnetic bead based separations, 96X2 well plate reader, software for normalization of nucleic acids and protein samples, apparatus to run agarose gel in 96X2 well format and barcode reader for sample traceability.

2. Varioskan LUX multimode microplate reader is equipped with a flexible range of measurement technologies including Absorbance, Fluorescence intensity, Luminescence, Time-resolved fluorescence, and Alpha Screen.

3. Quant Studio 3 and 5 Real-Time PCR systems support 96 well 0.2ml and 384 well format

4. AKTA pure 25 w/ a flow rate up to 25ml/min and AKTA pure 150 w/ a flow rate of 150ml/min.

5. Thermo Scientific KingFisher Flex is a versatile benchtop automated extraction high- throughput instrument in the lab for 96 samples per run. It offers consistent medium to high- throughput extraction and purification of DNA, RNA, proteins, and cells.

6. Bio-Rad Bio-Plex MAGPIX Multiplex reader is a compact robust system for magnetic bead-based immunoassays and has Bio-Plex Manager MP for data acquisition.

7. FreeZone 4.5L capacity benchtop freeze dryers are designed for lyophilizing light to moderate sample loads and cools the collector to -105˚C making it suitable for low eutectic point samples.

8. Shimadzu UHPLC with photodiode array detector (190-800nm), Refractive Index Detector (1-1.75 RIU) and Spectrofluorometric detector (200-650nm)

9. Techno Search systems Spray Dryer is suitable for production of dry solids from liquid feed stocks. It has an evaporation rate of 1L/hr (H2O) capacity
